With this in mind, let's take a look at<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>what should you say to someone returning from Umrah?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>What to say to someone returning from Umrah? Choosing the right words...<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Obviously, the Umrah is one of those journeys that mark a Muslim's life. So, when you're preparing to return to<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>a person returning from a short pilgrimage,<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>we'd like to be able to<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>mention some excellent words.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What's more, we'd like to<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>make statements taken from the Koran and the Sunna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, on the occasion of a happy event, it is recommended to say Al-hamdu li-Ll\u00e2hi-lladh\u00ee bi-ni'matihi tatimmu-s-s\u00e2lih\u00e2t\"(Hadith).<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, it is reported that the prophet asked to invoke blessings on behalf of his brother. Specifically, when he sees something that pleases him. (reported by Abu Ya'la and authenticated by Sheikh Al Albani)<\/p>\n<p>So when you come across<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haramainvoyages.com\/en\/the-travellers-prayer\/\">traveller<\/a> returning from Umrah,<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>we could<strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>say \"Allahoumma Barik\".<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>for example.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the small pilgrimage is a great adoration. It is therefore advisable to<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>to the person returning from Mekka,<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Allah's acceptance of his work. Like saying to him \"Taqabbal Allahou mina wa minka\".<\/p>\n<p>Or you can simply congratulate him by saying \"Omra moubaraka\".<\/p>\n<p>Finally, this list is not exhaustive and any word that shows your joy, your delight and your empathy is good to say.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What should you say to someone returning from Umrah? : <\/strong><strong>The merits and rewards of the pilgrimage<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To begin with, Allah says in verse 196 of Sura Al Baqara: \"And perform for Allah the Hajj and the<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Umrah<\/strong>\". (Close translation of the meaning of the verse)<\/p>\n<p>We can also quote the words of the Messenger of Allah according to Abu Huraira. In addition, he reported that sins committed between 2 omra are atoned for. (Al Bukhari)<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Prophet said: \"An Umrah performed during Ramadan is equivalent to a Hajj performed in my company\". (Al Bukhari and Muslim).<\/p>\n<p>In short, there is no doubt that performing the minor pilgrimage is one of the good deeds whose reward is immense.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The importance of the good word in Islam...<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In other words, saying good words is part of good Muslim behaviour.<\/p>\n<p>Allah enjoins His servants to use good language in several passages of the Koran. In verse 83 of Sura Al Baqara, He says: \"... to speak kindly to people...\". (Close translation of the meaning of the verse)<\/p>\n<p>Allah also says: \"Tell My servants to speak the best words, for the devil sows discord among them\". (Verse 53 of Sura al Isra).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to this, the Prophet said: \"Let him who believes in All\u00e2h and the Last Day speak well. Or let him keep silent.\" (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)<\/p>\n<p>Finally, this shows us that we must not neglect the acts of the tongue.
