I strongly advise against this agency for the hajj only we were left to our own devices nobody from the agency took care of us absent guide until the departure of Medina where we saw him in a bus then again absent he was with the people of the luxury formula. However, we would like to make a few important clarifications for your better understanding.our guides were present in the key places of the Hajj, such as Mina, Muzdalifa and Arafat, to accompany pilgrims through the essential stages of the rites. In addition, guides from Saudi service providers were available 24 hours a day in the hotels to provide transfers and meet the needs of pilgrims. The work of the Hajj relies on close coordination between our guides (Haramain Voyage) and those of our Saudi partners to provide constant support despite the logistical challenges of a pilgrimage attended by millions of people. With regard to the elderly, we systematically insist, before departure, on the need for them to be accompanied by someone capable of supporting them. The Hajj is a spiritual journey, but it is also physically and organisationally demanding, and it is difficult to guarantee a personal presence for each pilgrim, especially in such a crowded environment.We would also like to point out that the majority of the feedback we have received this year has been extremely positive, as evidenced by the many 5-star ratings. These favourable comments reflect the appreciation of a large number of pilgrims for our efforts. First of all, we would like to thank Allah azawajel for having counted us among his guests, for having completed the hajj and returned safe and sound. This is an enormous blessing among his innumerable blessings.however several remarks: the first being the lack of competence of this agency certainly the Saudi authorities missed enormously of thing (not of train of the constant delays, lack of hygiene etc) but the agency also they have their share of responsibility it is not necessary to clear all to them. Some guides showed favouritism (distributing places, maps and advice to whoever they wanted etc), lacked behaviour and wisdom, others lacked pedagogy and were nervous, lacked patience. I'm quite shocked to see that most people say that everything was fine, including the guides, when it's not true, fear Allah, you mustn't lie, you must tell the truth even if it's bitter, there was a lack of anticipation and organisation, There was a lack of anticipation, organisation, people fell ill in hospital, no follow-up or respect for hygiene, there are many things to review, a very narrow understanding of religion by most people who think that the harder it is the better, one last piece of advice to the guides, not all but some, question yourselves, don't confuse complaining with telling the truth and don't confuse patience linked to the hajj and patience linked to a lack of work and organisation, there is science and the light of science.

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,I went on the Hajj 2024 with Haramain Voyage, and before the trip I was very well organised, with face-to-face and video meetings to explain the rites and organisation of the hajj.A kit was offered including: a Haramain travel passport cover, luggage tags, a small guide explaining the rites with invocations.Concerning the trip it went well overall Al hamdoulillah despite some unforeseen events which were not the fault of the agency but of the provider.As far as the guides were concerned, they were present, unfortunately in Mina (on the woman's side) we were supposed to be with a guide but because of the organisation we were quite alone and the guide didn't seem to be aware that we were with her but AL hamdoulillah we were very lucky because we bumped into her when we left for Arafat.A big thank you to the Haramain voyage team in particular to Hachmi Abdelli and Abdel Qader Nouadri for their support which was always very professional and of high quality.JazakAllah

Salam I made my pilgrimage in June, my guides were Nawell and Okba who were present. She is an exceptional guide, she was present in our group with kindness, availability, and a great ability to listen to everything we did and asked. She was able to give us great strength which helped me during our stay.
