Pour une première Omrah, tout a été parfait du départ à l’arrivée, grâce à l’agence Haramain.Le guide (Cheikh Abou Sofiane) et son équipe ont été très impliqués et investis pour nous permettre d’être dans les meilleurs dispositions. Que ce soit aux niveau des hôtels (5 étoiles et très proche de chaque grandes mosquée lors de nos séjours), organisation de nos visites au top ainsi que dans l’apprentissage de nos rites. On est tombé sur un excellent groupe, ce qui a faciliter notre séjour en Arabie Saoudite. Le cheikh Abou Sofiane, toujours présent auprès de chacun et chacune, que ce soit pour nous aider ou nous orienter. Nous recommandons cette agence pour tous les pèlerins. De plus, nous souhaitions remercié sincèrement l’agence et notre guide autour d’un très bon encadrement, qui nous a fait se sentir très satisfait de notre Omrah.

Al hamdoulilah Notre Omra en famille restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Avant notre départ, le guide nous a mis, mon mari et moi, à l'aise et a bien prit le temps d'expliquer le déroulement de notre séjour, a répondu à nos quelques questions, a mit en place un système de communication pour l'ensemble du groupe avec le détail encore une fois du déroulement du séjour, des liens vers des explications de la 'Omra... pour ma part, très complet. Lors du départ, le guide était là pour nous accueillir et donner les explications pour l'enregistrement des bagages et donner les affaires de départ.Pour mon mari et moi, nous avons eu un soucis lors du trajet Riyad-Medine par la compagnie aérienne mais j'ai remarqué que le guide restait toujours en dernier pour vérifier qu'aucun futur pèlerin ne restait derrière lui et nous avons eu un recalage, hamdoulillah 'ala koulli hal. Le guide a tout fait pour que ce désagrément soit réglé.Le séjour en lui-même, rien à redire, tout est bien contrôlé, dirigé, avec le soucis du bien être et des actes/ do'as faits correctement, des explications avant départ (des différentes visites/ étapes du voyage...) par messagerie, les invocations / lecture du Coran / dhikr lors des trajets, le guide est toujours présent à répondre aux questions, à répandre son savoir macha Allah. Surtout pour le trajet Médina-Mekka, nous avons eu droit à des rappels sur divers sujets très intéressants et des questions concernant ces rappels, ce qui nous a fait passé le temps très vite du trajet en car.Bref, que ce soit le guide, le directeur et tous le personnel de l'agence, ils ont été à l'écoute, très professionnels et el hamdoulillah par la Grâce d'Allah et par leur intermédiaire, nous avons passés une première 'Omra inoubliable, pleine d'émotions.Barakallahou fikoum.Monsieur et madame MAZZA.

Une fois les rites accomplis, nous avons exploré les sites emblématiques du Hajj tels que Mina, Mouzdalifah et Arafat, ce qui nous a permis d'approfondir notre foi et de mieux comprendre l’expérience du Hajj.Le climat agréable, avec des températures autour de 25°C en décembre, a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus plaisant. Les journées libres intégrées dans le programme nous ont donné l’occasion de nous reposer, de nous promener et de nous imprégner de la sérénité des lieux saints. Voyage magnifique, service au top, aucun problème durant le voyage, et une organisation parfaite. Les hôtels étaient parfaitement situer, l'accueil de l'aéroport, et l'accompagnement jusqu'à la fin du voyage était parfait et encore une fois il n'y a eu aucun problème, je recommande !

I strongly advise against this agency for the hajj only we were left to our own devices nobody from the agency took care of us absent guide until the departure of Medina where we saw him in a bus then again absent he was with the people of the luxury formula. First of all, we would like to thank Allah azawajel for having counted us among his guests, for having completed the hajj and returned safe and sound. This is an enormous blessing among his innumerable blessings.however several remarks: the first being the lack of competence of this agency certainly the Saudi authorities missed enormously of thing (not of train of the constant delays, lack of hygiene etc) but the agency also they have their share of responsibility it is not necessary to clear all to them. Some guides showed favouritism (distributing places, maps and advice to whoever they wanted etc), lacked behaviour and wisdom, others lacked pedagogy and were nervous, lacked patience. I'm quite shocked to see that most people say that everything was fine, including the guides, when it's not true, fear Allah, you mustn't lie, you must tell the truth even if it's bitter, there was a lack of anticipation and organisation, There was a lack of anticipation, organisation, people fell ill in hospital, no follow-up or respect for hygiene, there are many things to review, a very narrow understanding of religion by most people who think that the harder it is the better, one last piece of advice to the guides, not all but some, question yourselves, don't confuse complaining with telling the truth and don't confuse patience linked to the hajj and patience linked to a lack of work and organisation, there is science and the light of science.
